Appointment Request

After you have discussed your diagnosis with your physician, MOHS Surgery has been suggested as the treatment of choice, and you have discussed and clearly understand the nature of the procedure, you are ready to schedule an appointment . Information regarding your diagnosis will be forwarded by your physician to one of our patient liaisons, who will telephone you to schedule your appointment and answer your questions. You will have a further opportunity to ask questions when one of our nurses contacts you prior to your procedure.
